In July of 2013, I bought the local comic and games store, Moonlite Comics, becoming the third owner in its over twenty-year history.

While ultimately I would sell it on two years later when life surprised us with another baby, in my time at the helm the store was completely transformed. Our events in support of Magic: the Gathering were innovative and exciting, so much so that we were repeatedly featured by Wizards of the Coast as an example to other retailers of best practices.
